Holloway is inspired by shamanistic cultures and practices, the natural world, and the importance of connecting with our environment to maintain our wellbeing and to understand innate spiritual experiences. She is interested in natural and man-made spiritual or healing places, ritual, memory, and the many paths we may choose in dreams and waking life.
Holloway was Charlene Shikany’s student for several years, and she would like to thank Charlene for her guidance, patience and openness in the classroom, as well as for the opportunity to exhibit in a special place where many artists’ journeys began.”
